Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen regeln die Nutzung der Website von Power Academy sowie den Erwerb von Online-Kursen und Dienstleistungen.

3. Teilnahmebescheinigung
Nach erfolgreicher Teilnahme kann eine Teilnahmebescheinigung (Certificate of Completion) ausgestellt werden. Diese bestätigt die Teilnahme an einem privaten Online-Weiterbildungsprogramm und stellt keine staatlich anerkannte Qualifikation oder offizielle Zertifizierung dar.
4. Urheberrecht
Sämtliche Inhalte, einschließlich Texte, Grafiken, Präsentationen, Logos, Videos und Materialien, sind geistiges Eigentum von Power Academy, sofern nicht anders angegeben. Eine Vervielfältigung, Verbreitung oder Bearbeitung ist ohne vorherige schriftliche Zustimmung nicht gestattet.
5. Zulässige Nutzung
Nutzer dürfen insbesondere nicht:
- falsche oder irreführende Angaben machen
- unbefugten Zugriff auf Systeme oder Plattformen versuchen
- die Website oder Inhalte für rechtswidrige Zwecke nutzen

- have confirmed that you are aware that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal.
This applies in particular to digital content and online courses.
